When you submit the inspection request form, this may include your name, email address, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, supplier location, the service you need, and any details you enter in the message field. We do not require any sensitive personal data to handle an inspection request.

When you press send, the request form transmits the details you entered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards the message to us by email. If automatic sending fails, the form instead shows a summary that you can copy and send to us yourself by email or WhatsApp.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, confirm the scope of an inspection or audit, arrange on-site execution, deliver reports, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Sharing

We may share limited details with our on-site inspectors strictly as needed to carry out the service you requested. We do not disclose your information to suppliers without your instruction, and we maintain an independent, buyer-side position at all times. We also rely on a small number of service providers to run this website: Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox, and Google Analytics measures site usage only if you allow it. They process data on our behalf and not for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is off by default: no analytics cookies are set and no analytics script is loaded unless you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner.
